Lit Nights

Introducing Lit Nights, our modern take on the traditional literary salon – but a little more fun and rooted in community.

Salons of the past brought intellectuals (often writers, artists, and thinkers) together to debate, explore ideas, and inspire. At Lit Nights, the topics of discussion may have evolved, but the spirit of sparking thought-provoking conversation about societal issues, remains at the core of every evening.

Each Lit Night is hosted by award-winning journalist, Isabella Silversand features an interview with a renowned writer who is pushing the cultural conversation forward.

After the talk and Q&A, you’re invited to keep the conversation flowing over drinks at the bar and music (incorporating a playlist curated by the author). You can also buy a signed copy of the book and anonymously add your thoughts about the topics discussed that evening to the ‘Zeitgeist Wall’.

Brought to you by East Croydon Cool and hosted by Isabella Silvers, Lit Nights ensure a fun evening of engaging chats that will leave you feeling better informed about complicated topics.
